Join PandaDoc as the Director of Product Management to lead the Embedded Agreements portfolio, encompassing eSignature, Notary services, and API development. You will balance expanding the core eSignature business with investing in API-driven growth, transforming PandaDoc into an API-first organization. Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience with SaaS products, ideally in B2B
  • 3+ years of experience managing product managers
  • Experience developing, launching, and scaling platform products with public APIs, SDKs, or toolkits
  • Hands-on experience with developer programs and communities
  • Influential leader who can drive internal excitement around a compelling vision
  • Embraces ambiguity, prioritizes efficiently, communicates early and directly, and ultimately gets the job done
  • Can work independently
  • Able to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Fluent English (verbal and written, C1+)

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the comprehensive vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for the Embedded Agreements portfolio, including eSignature, Notary, and API products
  • Understand embedded agreement use cases, as well as developer needs, to craft a winning strategy to unlock API growth
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of distributed PMs, providing coaching while driving accountability to results
  • Leverage influential leadership to drive buy-in and alignment across multiple teams and organizations
  • Work closely with Engineering to define our API architecture, champion internal adoption of processes, and create exceptional developer experiences
