Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong emphasis on data platforms, big data infrastructure, or AI-driven product development
  • Proven experience leading data transformation initiatives that enable AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation at scale
  • Expertise in big data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS Redshift) and experience shaping data strategy for large-scale analytics environments
  • Proficiency in Looker, with experience overseeing LookML, dashboard development, and stakeholder alignment on key metrics and insights
  • Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and LLMs (Large Language Models), with experience building the data systems that enable them to operate effectively
  • Strong technical acumen, with experience in data modeling, data lake architecture, and real-time data processing
  • Collaborative leadership skills, with a track record of aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders around a shared vision
  • Experience driving the development of intelligent, real-time analytics products that turn raw data into predictive insights and personalized recommendations
  • Passion for leveraging data as a strategic asset, with a focus on unlocking innovation and driving business growth

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision for a next-generation data infrastructure that fuels AI-driven decision-making, real-time analytics, and predictive insights
  • Build and own the product roadmap for data platforms and pipelines, ensuring they support machine learning models, AI agents, and strategic decision systems
  • Partner with data engineering, architecture, and AI teams to design scalable, future-proof data systems that provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients
  • Enhance data availability, quality, and performance, enabling fast, accurate, and automated decision-making within our client-facing platforms
  • Lead data transformation initiatives, moving from static, manual reporting systems to dynamic, real-time insight engines
  • Enable advanced AI and LLM (Large Language Model) capabilities by ensuring structured, contextualized, and high-quality data is readily accessible for intelligent automation
  • Act as a key bridge between business strategy and technical execution, translating strategic goals into product requirements for data tools and platforms
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, and client teams to ensure our platforms deliver meaningful, timely insights that drive client success
  • Oversee Looker implementation and governance, ensuring that Looker is optimized to support business intelligence and analytics needs across the organization
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers and data-focused product leaders, fostering growth and technical excellence
