Summary

You will modernize legacy technology, differentiate products, and stay ahead of industry trends. This leadership position requires strategic decision-making and team mentorship to build and evolve the product function.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of product management experience, including several years leading teams
  • Proven success in delivering new products and leading technology modernization initiatives
  • Strong understanding of the insurance or risk solutions industry, with InsurTech experience as a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to develop value propositions, product roadmaps, and strategies that achieve business goals
  • Experience collaborating with design teams to enhance UX/UI for modern, user-friendly products
  • Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to ideate and present confidently to diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with digital transformation and enterprise technology environments
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and navigate organizational change

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive product strategy that aligns with organizational goals and customer needs. You’ll have full ownership of the roadmap in your vertical
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering collaboration and innovation while ensuring alignment across products
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales and account management stakeholders to modernize existing technology and deliver superior user experiences
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, ensuring products are competitive and positioned for future growth
  • Ideate and deliver new products to differentiate from competitors and expand market leadership
  • Engage directly with top customers to gather insights, brainstorm solutions, and represent the company at conferences and events
  • Lead team and organizational transformation efforts, making strategic decisions to build and evolve the product function
  • Develop product performance metrics and regularly report them to stakeholders and leadership
