Remote Director of Provider Strategy and Operations, Psychiatric Services

We are seeking a Director of Provider Strategy & Operations, Psychiatric Services to act as General Manager of Supply and drive complex cross-functional efforts to build a best-in-class provider experience nationwide.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy & operations roles with at least 5 years of experience in process and/or product improvement in a high growth organization
• Experience independently owning quantified objectives and hitting hard goals
• Demonstrated experience with leading cross-functional teams to stand up, optimize, and scale new processes and systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient with analysis, particularly in Excel /Gsheets. SQL preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as the General Manager (GM) of Supply for our national Psychiatric Services business
• Scale nascent processes & tooling to expand national operations
• Adapt our systems & offering to a changing regulatory environment
• Drive complex cross-functional efforts to build a best-in-class provider experience for psychiatric providers nationwide

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare experience, including working directly with providers
• Experience working in a marketplace platform
