Requirements
- 5+ years of sales management experience in the software space
- Proven experience in software sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Outreach, Chorus, and other or equivalent sales enablement tools
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the account executive sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Recruit, hire, train, and onboard the next generation of A+ sellers at Cents
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, enhance customer acquisition, and increase market share
- Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Understand client needs and provide tailored software solutions
- Analyze sales data and market trends to prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for upper management
- Work closely with marketing, product development, onboarding, customer success, and billing teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team performance and drive continuous improvement
