Requirements

  • Significant experience leading sales at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • 10+ years sales management experience
  • 5+ years experience in second-line management
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally with various departments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and data driven, with a strong growth mindset
  • Experience selling into companies with 200+ employees

Responsibilities

  • Report into the Head of Sales, Americas, and lead a team of Global Deel IT Sales Managers and Account Executives
  • Attract, hire, retain high performing talent with an aptitude to learn and grow
  • Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Coach, manage and develop sellers with an emphasis on continual learning and skill-gap improvement
  • Develop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the team
  • Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity & forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditions
  • Drive alignment with cross-functional teams in Customer Success, Support and Revenue Operations
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to improve and iterate messaging and collateral for the sales team
  • Drive revenue success by owning and exceeding Deelโ€™s quarterly/annual sales targets
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business by sharing insights, the root causes behind changes in KPIโ€™s, the frequency and impact of these root causes and your recommendations to double down or course correct as needed
