Requirements
- 6-10+ years experience managing cross-channel performance marketing campaigns for e-commerce, B2B, and B2C lead generation companies
- Ability to be managed to a quota
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and decision making skills
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate quantitative data into actionable business insights and recommendations
- Ability to clearly communicate cross-channel marketing plans to senior leadership stakeholders
- Experience managing various projects at once from start to finish and a track record of successfully building working relationships and influencing key decision makers
- Familiar with the economics of new customer acquisition and retention
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings based on client business needs and industry trends
- Conduct analyses of client performance to identify areas for improvement and potential new service opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand business goals and challenges
- Assist in development and delivery of proposals and presentations to showcase the value and impact of additional services
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
