Summary
Join RELEX Solutions as a Director of Growth and lead a high-performing team focused on selling new products to existing and prospective retail clients. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while mentoring your team and collaborating with other departments. This role requires extensive B2B SaaS sales experience, including team management, and a strong understanding of consultative sales methodologies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and thrives in fast-paced environments. The position is US-based, preferably in Atlanta, or remote within North America. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with 2+ years managing quota-carrying sales teams
- The ability to hire and develop top talent. You know how to attract high performers, provide constructive coaching, and foster career growth for your team
- Highly organized, process driven, and cross-functional relationship-builder
- Passionate about value-based selling. You have a strong grasp of consultative sales techniques and know how to help your team articulate ROI and business impact to C-level stakeholders
- A data-driven mindset. You’re adept at using data to manage pipeline health, identify trends, and improve team performance. You’re highly proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Responsibilities
- Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives, Growth
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning while supporting your team to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Coach your team to success by helping them master RELEX’s consultative, value-based sales methodology
- Guide them in identifying and engaging with decision-makers, overcoming objections, and building business cases that resonate with customers
- Own the strategy and execution for your team’s growth
- Set clear goals, define scalable processes, and ensure a disciplined approach to pipeline and deal management through Salesforce
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on growth priorities, enhance lead generation, and create seamless handoffs that maximize customer success
- Engage in key deals to provide guidance, remove roadblocks, and demonstrate RELEX’s value proposition to C-level stakeholders at target accounts
- Act as a champion for RELEX’s values by ensuring your team delivers on promises, adheres to ethical selling practices, and focuses on driving measurable ROI for our customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in supply chain or retail is a plus
- Familiarity with deal sizes of $100K-$500K ARR and 4-6 month sales cycles is a strong plus
