Requirements

  • Apply 7+ years of Product Management experience and 5+ years leading a team
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, and/or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage a SaaS product throughout its lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond
  • Manage, mentor, and coach Product Managers, including experience with headcount planning and recruitment
  • Strategically plan, using Product Management frameworks and practices, and establish pricing models
  • Drive roadmap execution and align initiatives with business objectives
  • Identify opportunities and solve complex problems using exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Take ownership of projects and be a driver
  • Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment in the Product Department
  • Assist with market and customer research to support the development of product strategy
  • Define solutions, product specifications, pricing structures, and roll-out strategies
  • Streamline product development processes
  • Create and articulate solution value propositions and key differentiators
  • Develop core product and solution value propositions, including target audiences, technical details, and business benefits
  • Conduct competitive analysis and track industry trends
  • Work with industry analysts to increase product position and awareness
  • Provide pre-sales support, including RFP/RFI responses
  • Ensure release process and delivery timelines meet company goals
  • Drive efficiency and quality of product documentation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the following industries: Financial Applications(ERP), Billing or Payment applications, Communications, and IoT
