  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Slack, Google Analytics, Paperflyte
  • Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills
  • Strong public speaking skills
  • Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
  • Experienced in a startup environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred. Real-world, comparable experience required

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement and manage OneRail's overall product and services marketing strategy
  • Implement new product strategy working closely with the product team
  • Lead customer research
  • Develop a marketing plan for the products supported, including key activities and budgets
  • Assess the effectiveness of marketing programs and report back to the business
  • Manage customer expectations and coordinate release and installation of marketing activities at product launch
  • Enhance product definition and positioning using competitive information, market and product analysis
  • Support sales and marketing through tools, training, and market expertise
  • Identify all launch activities and ensure tasks are assigned to responsible parties
  • Coordinate product launch team meetings, establish and supervise related activities
  • Facilitate market research approach, methodology, and integration of findings into the product marketing department
  • Recruit and develop a team of product marketing professionals
  • Analyze company technology, customer requirements, workflows, market trends, and competitive gaps
  • Develop and maintain relations with customers to understand their needs
  • Translate customer needs into direction and features for products
  • Merge data-driven market understanding with customer feedback to prioritize go-to-market strategies
  • Conduct win/loss analysis to better understand product messaging and sales approach resonance
