Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in finance, business, or mathematics required
- 5+ years of banking or similar experience
- 2+ years of experience with operational risk management
- Prior experience with data visualization tools
- Working understanding of banking and finance
- Working understanding operational risk management strategies
- Ability to handle large volume of data and derive actionable insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with solid business acumen
- Strong written and communication skills with ability to explain complex insights to a range of audiences
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required

Responsibilities
- Work with Enterprise Risk Management and various cross-functional teams to determine operational vulnerabilities
- Participate in risk scenario analysis planning and development
- Report to senior management on risk scenario analysis conclusions through existing risk committee structure
- Partner with the Treasury team during capital modeling processes
- Evaluate the adequacy of capital planning processes
- Evaluation risk and control inventories
- Monitor key risk, performance, and control indicators
- Participate in evaluating counterparty risk across multiple operational areas of the bank
- Evaluate settlements risks within the operational framework
- Conduct financial modeling to analyze and forecast potential risks
- Analyzes large datasets utilizing descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics
- Develops insights from historical loan performance data, forecasts performance and tracks actual performance against target
- Designs and deploys model monitoring frameworks to assess the performance
- Advise senior management of emerging trends and risks
- Conduct other ad hoc analyses as required to support team goals

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA Degree, preferred
- Prior experience with regulatory agencies and/or audit firms, preferred
- Prior experience with Archer platform, preferred
