Director, Supply Chain Systems

You will be responsible for developing and managing the engineering stack for supply chain systems, focusing on efficiency, reliability, and user experience. This critical role involves overseeing IT systems, driving system architecture for seamless integration across various departments, and automating systems to support financial and procurement information flow. You will also work with the cybersecurity team to ensure strong security practices. The ideal candidate possesses 12+ years of senior leadership experience in building and scaling IT organizations, proven experience in developing supply chain systems, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Requirements

• 12+ years in a senior leadership role, with a track record of building and scaling IT organizations and managing large complex projects in high-growth environments
• Proven experience in developing supply chain systems, and sales workflows. Ability to work closely with cross-functional partners across sales, engineering, and product teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for CoreWeave’s internal IT function, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives and industry best practices
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of IT systems, including ERP, procurement, invoice processing, asset management, and integration with billing and supply chain planning
• Drive the system architecture to create seamless integration across sales, capacity planning, supply chain and revenue management. Create a single pane of glass to create consolidated dashboards to enable teams to do scenario planning, track execution against plans of record and drive the rhythm of the business
• Automate and integrate multiple IT systems to support the flow of financial and procurement information between tools
• Work with CoreWeave’s Cyber Security team to implement strong security and compliance practices to ensure the company can scale efficiently without compromising security
• Develop our engineering stack to drive our supply chain systems' efficiency, reliability, and user experience
• Be responsible for all the software systems that support our core operations across supply chain optimization, planning, delivery and asset management

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
