Requirements
10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans that drive global commercialization and operationalization of Verifi solutions through Verifi and VAS teams
- Navigate and address regional challenges and opportunities, and work to prioritize across different lenses
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, sales operations, legal, analytics and more, to drive alignment and achieve shared objectives
- Work closely with regional sales and commercialization stakeholders to accelerate the global expansion of Verifi solutions, ensuring alignment with global team goals and Verifi goals, continually progressing global scale
- Leverage analytical skills and resources to translate data-driven insights into actionable operational plans that drive transparency and accountability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, meeting regularly with regional teams to drive alignment on targets, key client acquisition, proactive risk management and deliver continual operational and go-to-market improvements
- Influence the business outcomes of this high-growth area, strategically planning for the next phases of expansion
- Design novel ways of structuring solution messaging, go-to-market programs, incentives, and ways of working to supporting teams to be nimble and deliver to aggressive targets
- Deploy and manage comprehensive metrics to monitor performance to target, to ensure clear goal setting, tracking and achievement across regions
- Anticipate and identify risks and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Act as a critical liaison between Verifi leaders and VAS regional stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on commercial strategy and performance to target
Preferred Qualifications
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
- Aptitude for linking business strategies to business outcomes
- Aptitude for influencing and building consensus with cross-functional partners
- Experience with sales, finance, product, commercialization and marketing teams
- Keen interest in the financial services or payments industry, with a focus on innovation and transformation
- Demonstrate ability to influence and collaborate with others. Build relationships with solid trust and mutual respect as the foundation
- Strong Intellect with ability to combine analytical reasoning, creativity and judgment. Able to handle complex matters, with multiple initiatives going on simultaneously. Able to understand strategic issues, as well as tactical operational details
