Summary

Join Aditum Bio as Director or Senior Director of Program Management to lead overall project management for assigned portfolio companies, with a focus on advancing discovery-stage programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences discipline or related field
• Experience in drug discovery and development project management, with a focus on discovery-stage programs, is required
• Familiarity and demonstrated experience with antibody/protein-based therapeutics
• Experience working in small teams, within fast-paced, early-stage biotech companies
• Expert command of Microsoft Suite including Excel, as well as comfortability with project management software and procurement platforms
• Strong track record in effectively working with senior management and scientific founders
• Proven ability to work collaboratively internally and externally, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Work with Company Founders and Aditum Bio stakeholders to manage research and development plan(s) and coordinate interdependencies to deliver key outcomes
• Manage the contracting and oversight of any external partners, including academic collaborators, scientific and medical consultants, pre/clinical CROs, and contract manufacturers
• The program manager will be responsible for coordinating the communication of key program updates to a variety of internal stakeholders, including the Company Founders and Board of Directors
• Work with Company and Aditum Bio leadership and business development team to support any activities related to future investment/syndication, transfer of asset, etc
