Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Lead

Summary

Join Teracore, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), as the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Lead. This role will oversee continuity support and act as the disaster recovery and business continuity subject matter expert on the contract.

Requirements

• Must have at least (5) years of related experience performing IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity activities
• Graduate degree with a major or concentration in Business Continuity or a related field
• Holding a current Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP) credential from the Disaster Recovery International Institute (DRII)
• Advanced knowledge of business process and business impact analysis methodologies and implementation
• Must be experienced and knowledgeable in working with the NIST SP 800 series of publications and the NIST Risk Management Framework
• Candidate must be willing to travel into the regional offices up to 20% of the time, for events, and at the discretion of the client

Responsibilities

• Act as the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the contract
• Assist EPRO in managing various aspects of various electronic systems, databases, data entry, and quality assurance efforts

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of business continuity, disaster recovery, all-hazards, COOP, Devolution, Reconstitution, risk assessments, hazard vulnerability assessments, and training and exercises
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Teams, Publisher)
• Basic skills in Adobe products
• Knowledge of the production, management, and maintenance of Federal policy and guidance
