Requirements

• Proven track record in executive revenue-generating roles with comprehensive business acument
• Experience in enterprise, solutions, applications, big data, AI, and cloud architecture domains
• Knowledge and exposure to architecting solutions at an enterprise scale, including modern data platforms and enterprise architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
• Proficiency in Data Governance, Data Modeling, Data Security, Data Strategy, Data Integration, and Master Data Management
• Proficiency in AI and Gen AI, including natural language processing, computer vision, deep learning, and reinforcement learning
• Ability to facilitate rapid prototyping and design for new engagements
• A forward-thinking mindset that can infuse thought leadership and innovation into client partnerships
• Solutions-oriented with strong consultative and client-facing skills
• Ability to balance strategy and execution while crafting visions and driving change
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and conceptual thinking
• Excellent communication, storylining, and presentation skills
• Ability to influence decisions by bringing in relevant industry trends and client stories
• Comfortable interfacing with C-suite executives to ensure alignment with business goals and propose new solutions to increase revenue

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of progressive experience in data, AI, ML, and digital engineering domains, with a proven leadership and client engagement track record

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to existing clients, supporting them in their business transformation journey through a technology-centric approach
• Establish, grow, and nurture long-term, value-based relationships with senior client stakeholders, focusing on 1 or more accounts at a time
• Partner closely with technical leaders to support delivery teams and ensure they have what they need to be successful
• Engage in consultative business development, growing relationships both vertically and horizontally
• Approach client executives as true business partners, maximizing the company’s breadth and depth
• Drive innovation for our clients by leveraging cross-industry views on technology trends and providing IT strategy and architecture advisory
• Assess the current technology landscape, define the target state, and develop transition roadmaps
• Design innovative technology solutions across various projects to solve complex business problems
• Strategically plan continuous engagement with client Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure alignment with evolving business needs
• Stay abreast of industry trends, landscape shifts, best practices, and technological advancements to provide informed guidance to clients
• Review and refine data roadmaps regularly to accommodate evolving business requirements and technological progress
• Monitor engagement execution and take a proactive approach to mitigating potential risks before they arise
