Distributed Organizing Coordinator

Summary

United We Dream is seeking a creative, self-starting, team-driven Distributed Organizing Coordinator to join their team. The role involves managing online tools and distributed tactics to recruit volunteers, lead them in becoming Change Makers, and implement digital tactics that connect to the work of Distributed Organizing. Requirements

• 2-3 campaign cycles of experience in either field, distributed, or digital positions on political campaigns
• Experience training volunteers, OR have managed and grown active online communities

Responsibilities

• Own the creation and execution of recruitment, retention, and training tactics to meet quarterly and yearly Distributed goals
• Cultivate relationships with leaders and volunteers through One-on-one conversations, follow-ups, and confirmations for UWDA virtual or in-person events
• Collaborates and works closely with Distributed Organizing manager, Deputy Digital Director, and Digital Director, to troubleshoot and ideate digital tactics that connect to the work of Distributed Organizing and its success
