Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with remote teams
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, registration, and logistics for conferences and events
  • Manage shipping of booth materials and marketing collateral, and ensure the sales team is equipped with necessary materials and information
  • Organize, and distribute marketing materials (both digital and printed) to support the sales team
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing presentations
  • Maintain records of marketing collateral usage and conference attendance, and report on the effectiveness of materials in sales efforts
  • Assist in tracking lead generation and follow-ups from conferences and events
