Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or a related role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with remote teams
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, registration, and logistics for conferences and events
- Manage shipping of booth materials and marketing collateral, and ensure the sales team is equipped with necessary materials and information
- Organize, and distribute marketing materials (both digital and printed) to support the sales team
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing presentations
- Maintain records of marketing collateral usage and conference attendance, and report on the effectiveness of materials in sales efforts
- Assist in tracking lead generation and follow-ups from conferences and events
