Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the products and services offered through Commercial Finance, ensuring policy and procedure adherence
• Furnish accurate and complete due diligence for all new prospects including corporate records, UCC searches and reviews, tax liens, and additional legal searches, as needed, from various third-party sites
• Provide ongoing updated due diligence for customers, annually and as requested, to ensure due diligence items remain current
• Perform all daily tasks related to UCC monitoring, insurance reviews, exception reporting, and OFAC checks
• Perform all tasks related to client system set-ups and maintenance
• Coordinate file preparation, scanning, retention, and purging of files based on the bank’s retention schedule
• Follow all due diligence processes and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
