Summary
Join Long View, a dynamic IT provider, as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Architect! Based in Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, or Calgary, you will leverage your expertise in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Service Automation to define customer solutions and deliver innovative engagements. You will provide pre-sales support, stay updated on Dynamics 365 changes, and ensure technology designs meet client needs. This role requires 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and expertise in specific modules. Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and industry domain experience in manufacturing, retail, insurance and government
- Experience with Agile frameworks
- Proven expertise with two or more products in the D365 Customer Engagement portfolio: Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Field Service, Project Service Automation, Customer Insights
- Proven expertise with Dataverse and the PowerPlatform
- Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences including: internal and external stakeholders and peers
- Demonstrate clear and concise written and oral communication
Responsibilities
- Support Long View’s Business Applications D365 Customer Engagement portfolio by working with customers and internal stakeholders (business clients, business analysts, developers, other architects), defining customer solutions and delivering engagements that are innovative and exceed business requirements
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance, demonstrations, and product education as required
- Stay abreast of changes and opportunities as they pertain to the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement product suite
- Ensure technology designs and implementations solve clients’ requirements and challenges
- Create relevant documentation as required including conceptual design, logical and physical designs, bill of materials, as-built diagrams, knowledge transfer materials, FAQs and transition to operations information
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education
- Designations such as Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, PowerPlatform Developer, Scrum, and ProSci
