Join our team as an Ecommerce Architect and lead the architecture of our BigCommerce platform, ensuring scalability and security. Design and oversee the integration of BigCommerce with internal systems like ERP, CRM, and payment providers. Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team, provide technical guidance on integration patterns and API usage, and support financial workflows through ERP system integration. Stay updated on eCommerce trends and best practices, particularly in payment and tax systems. Partner with marketing and sales to translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure high availability, performance, and security of the platform.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead architect for our BigCommerce platform, driving scalable and secure architecture solutions
• Design and oversee the integration of BigCommerce with internal systems, including ERP, CRM, and payment/tax providers
• Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Architecture team to align eCommerce initiatives with the broader IT strategy
• Provide technical guidance on integration patterns, API usage, and system scalability
• Support financial workflows by integrating with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Stay current with eCommerce trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in payment and tax systems
• Partner with marketing and sales stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of the eCommerce platform
