Summary

Join Hydrow's team as an eCommerce Product Analyst and contribute to the development and execution of the yearly product roadmap. You will analyze marketing and customer data, present insights to drive business decisions, and partner with the development team. Responsibilities include A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, customer segmentation, and platform management using Shopify and Contentful. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and communication skills, along with 3+ years of eCommerce experience and proficiency in analytics tools. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce analysis or a related field. B2C preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree: ideally in Business, Data Science, Marketing Analytics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills including managing deadlines, getting alignment, and delivering analysis and recommendations
  • Proven analytical skills and experience working with large datasets
  • 2+ years of experience with e-commerce or purchasing systems, preferably Shopify & Contentful
  • Fluent in analytics tools (Hotjar, Amplitude, Domo)
  • Previous partnership with development team
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to identifying and solving problems

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer site experience, the purchasing funnel, and best practices in the direct-to-consumer fitness/whole health industry
  • Analyze sales data, website metrics, and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Develop and maintain regular reporting to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders
  • Design and execute A/B tests to optimize product pages, checkout processes, and other ecommerce experiences
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and collaborate with the ecommerce team to implement changes
  • Partner with cross functional teams to translate data insights into action oriented strategies for optimizing product pages, marketing campaigns, and conversion rates
  • Analyze customer data to identify high-value segments and develop targeted marketing strategies
  • Drive changes via Shopify & Contentful including promotional / discounting scenarios & merchandising
