Remote EDI Project Manager

Requirements

• 4+ years of EDI project management experience working for a SaaS-based company
• Experience with Jira, Linear, or similar and proficiency in Dell Boomi or a similar tool for EDI integration
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage processes effectively
• Client-facing experience and the ability to communicate technical requirements clearly
• Experience in industries that heavily rely on EDI integration
• Strong experience in managing and resolving bugs and support requests
• Building, managing, and growing a team of EDI developers to meet evolving project needs
• Experience working with International Clients in the US, Europe, or APAC

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers and vendors regarding EDI-related queries and maintain smooth communication
• Oversee day-to-day project management for the EDI team, including project tracking, responding to customers, and managing and prioritizing the backlog of issues, bug requests, and enhancements
• Outline project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines for EDI system implementations or upgrades
• Create and monitor detailed project plans, adjusting as necessary to stay on schedule
• Develop and implement processes and best practices to ensure timeliness, prioritization, and scalability
• Ensure proper testing and troubleshooting of EDI transactions to maintain seamless data flow and resolve any issues
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and gather feedback for improvements
