Summary

Join Fortune as a smart and versatile editor/writer to collaborate with the editorial team, develop new editorial franchises, assign and edit sponsored editorial article series, and liaise with the Integrated Marketing team.

Requirements

• Has extensive experience editing business and finance news
• Has access to a wide range of talented freelance writers
• Has a willingness to work with Sales and liaise with sponsors
• Has experience publishing and producing in a CMS

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm with the editorial team and the list team to develop new concepts and franchises centered on topics that are of interest to our audience and that may be sponsored
• Edit sponsored editorial series, playbooks, virtual event coverage, newsletters, podcast coverage, commentaries
• Write company page content
• Collaborate with the SEO, design, audience, PR, marketing teams, the Fortune live media team, the video team, and production to produce sponsored editorial content
• Liaise with the Integrated Marketing and Activations teams
• Uphold Fortune’s standards of journalistic rigor, accuracy, fairness, and quality
