Summary

Join VTS Global as an Email and SMS eCommerce Retention Specialist and leverage your Klaviyo expertise to develop, execute, and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for increasing customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value. This part-time remote position requires 2+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing within eCommerce, proven Klaviyo expertise, and a strong analytical mindset. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze campaign performance, and provide data-driven recommendations. The salary range is 45k-50k PHP.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing, specifically within eCommerce
  • Demonstrable expertise in using Klaviyo, including creating flows, segments, and campaigns
  • Portfolio or examples of successful email and SMS campaigns you’ve managed
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo, including advanced features like predictive analytics and integrations with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with a passion for crafting engaging customer experiences
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns focused on customer retention, win-back, and re-engagement
  • Audit the brand’s current flows (if any) and improve or rebuild them as necessary
  • Develop flows in Klaviyo, including welcome series, abandoned cart flows, post-purchase sequences, and win-back campaigns
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling email and SMS content that aligns with brand guidelines and drives conversions
  • Use Klaviyo to segment customer lists based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement levels
  • Implement dynamic content and personalized messaging to enhance customer experiences and improve campaign performance
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, revenue, etc.) to identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, send times, and CTAs to optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and actionable recommendations
  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to align retention strategies with overall business goals
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer feedback and improve retention efforts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization
  • Experience with other marketing automation tools (e.g., Omnisend, Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • Knowledge of customer retention strategies and lifecycle marketing
  • Familiarity with SMS marketing platforms (e.g., Postscript, Attentive)
