Summary
Join our team as an Engine Programmer Intern and contribute to the development of Unreal's Horde build system. You will work alongside experienced engineers to iterate on the UI and UX, identify pain points in workflows, and collaborate with the Fortnite team.
Requirements
- Good knowledge and experience programming projects in JavaScript or an equivalent language is a must have
- Knowledge of React and Typescript is a plus
- A passion for web development
- An interest in user experience and UI design
- Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Get up to speed with Horde and its web frontend
- Work with the team to identify pain points in the current workflows
- Iterate on the UI and UX of the various parts of the Horde frontend
- Actively work with the Build and Fortnite teams, to brainstorm and fix any bottlenecks
