Join our team as an Engine Programmer Intern and contribute to the development of Unreal's profiler Insights, shaping the tool used by countless game development studios.

Requirements

• Good knowledge and experience programming projects in C++ or another object-oriented language is a must have
• A passion for tools development and improving user workflows
• An interest in user experience and UI design
• Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Get up to speed with the Insights profiler and its current workflows
• Work on usability improvements to Insights' various views including timing event tracks, counters and memory views
• Iterate on the clarity of the Insights UI and the first time user experience
• Actively work with the Insights team, joining group brainstorming sessions
