Summary

Requirements

  • BS Degree in Mechanical/Architectural Engineering or related field
  • Proficient with eQuest
  • Experience with energy modeling following ASHRAE 90.1. Appendix G for code-compliance, LEED and/or utility incentives
  • Familiarity with mechanical systems for healthcare, life science, and higher education buildings
  • Experience with mechanical engineering and design
  • Candidate must be based in Latin America

Responsibilities

  • Conduct energy modeling and analysis for new and existing buildings to evaluate their energy performance
  • Utilize energy modeling software and tools to simulate building energy consumption and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate energy-efficient design strategies into building projects
  • Perform calculations and engineering analysis to optimize building systems and components
  • Develop energy efficiency measures and provide recommendations to enhance sustainability
