Requirements

• 3+ years of Data Analysis and Business Intelligence experience
• Experience with SQL
• Expertise in Excel
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau
• Experience with data manipulation and visualization in Python
• Working knowledge of cloud-based data lake/OLAP/OLTP environments (GCP Preferred)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights
• Write and execute complex SQL queries from various sources for effective analyses
• Analyze our data to identify trends and stories that could impact business strategy
• Utilize the results of the analysis to support recommendations for action to improve and grow our programs and external relationships
• Prepare analytical reports and visual dashboards to summarize findings and share with the appropriate company stakeholders through established communication processes
• Iterate results based on feedback from the executive team and/or other stakeholders
• Present business insights based on the data intelligence to clients and prospective clients
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Establish procedures to operationalize and automate the results of our analyses
