You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Microsoft solutions, ensuring secure and efficient access management for clients across various industries. This role involves engaging in requirements gathering, analyzing business processes, and providing recommendations and solutions. You will also lead capacity planning, architecture design, and technology assessments. IDMWORKS is a remote-first company with teams operating across the US, Canada, and India, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage in requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and provide recommendations and solutions to clients
• Lead Microsoft architecture and design new solutions
• Lead capacity planning, logical and physical architecture design, hardware requirements definition, availability and continuity discussions
• Lead technology assessments and health checks
• Assist in communicating Microsoft program strategy and success to executive management
• Installation, Integration, Configuration, and Deployment of Microsoft solutions
• Develop and perform testing for Microsoft solutions
• Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support as necessary
• Maintain multiple environments following coding best practices and SDLC
• Troubleshoot and maintain Microsoft solutions including product support
• Remain current on Microsoft and Cloud market trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Focus on AD migration, AD consolidation, and Azure/M365 setup
• Communicate status including timely reporting and escalation of issues and risks
• Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a team settings and multi-task environment
• Author technical documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Any experience with Quest On Demand Migration Tool is a plus
