Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role
• Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams of software engineers, QA professionals, and DevOps engineers
• Experience with overseeing the development, delivery, and maintenance of large-scale software projects
• Experience working in an agency setting, dealing with client services in delivery and consulting
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and project portfolios in a consultancy or agency environment
• Demonstrated capability in supporting sales activities, including crafting proposals, leading discovery sessions, and presenting technical pitches to clients
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage team dynamics, engage with stakeholders across various levels, and maintain strong client relationships
• Proficient in strategic planning and project management, with a keen ability to set clear priorities and deliverables
• Expertise in adopting and implementing new technologies and engineering practices
• Capability to drive continuous learning and improvement within teams
• Deep understanding of software development processes, including Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of quality assurance practices and standards to ensure software reliability and compliance
• Familiarity with the latest in engineering tools, technologies, and trends
