Engineering Manager - AI Document Generation

Requirements

• Proven experience managing engineering teams (ideally 5+ engineers) for 2+ years
• Experience in building or scaling zero-to-one product initiatives
• Solid background in development, preferably in SaaS
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and integrating LLMs or generative AI into user-facing products
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A mindset of ownership, curiosity, and delivering customer value quickly

Responsibilities

• Hiring, onboarding, and developing engineers for the team
• Driving the technical vision and execution of AI-driven document generation
• Collaborating closely with Product, AI/ML, and Design partners to build intuitive, performant, and reliable user experiences
• Balancing fast-paced experimentation with production-grade scalability and security
• Fostering a strong team culture of ownership, trust, and continuous improvement
• Helping define long-term architecture and integration of AI services within our platform
