Engineering Manager, Antifraud

Summary

The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills (Java/Golang, Cloud, Containerization) and at least 3 years of team management experience. Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing teams of high performance
• Event driven architecture
• Knowledge and experience about agile methodology
• Java/Golang
• Cloud(AWS, Google GCP, Azure)
• Distributed systems
• Relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with APIs development and solid API testing knowledge

Responsibilities

• Help to build a high-performance team and collaborate so that work flows in a performative way
• Analysis of risks and opportunities
• Manage the squad aiming productivity and performance
• Actively collaboration on the team's technical decisions
• Monitor the progress of projects, dealing with any problems that arise and ensuring the planning
• Ensure the quality of the product produced by the team
• Ensure the performance and the technical decisions made by the team
• Assertive decision-making in adverse environments (short time, pressure from customers, various restrictions)
• Whenever necessary, direct contact with the international team and clients
• Monitoring new features and the production environment, always seeking to achieve our Slo's / Sla's
