Summary

Join Turing as an Engineering Manager and lead a team of talented engineers, driving the technical vision and execution of complex projects. As a pivotal part of our engineering leadership, you will be responsible for leading innovation efforts in product features and processes, managing idea/prompt collection and prioritization, and driving experimentation and iteration for optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, and management experience on a team size of more than 5-6
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams to deliver high-quality software products
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities
