Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Engineering Manager or a similar role, coordinating and managing Data engineering and/or AI projects
  • Previous experience in direct client interactions and stakeholder relationship management
  • A solid technical background in data engineering (Python, Scala, Spark, etc.) is essential, and experience in the AI field (ML, DP, GenAI, etc.) is highly valued
  • Knowledge of Cloud and DevOps
  • Ability to understand and work with detailed technical documentation
  • Strong analytical and consultative skills for providing technical solutions
  • Experience following agile principles to deliver value to clients
  • Proven ability to resolve conflicts and identify potential risks
  • Fluent English (MANDATORY)
  • A strong team player mindset

Responsibilities

  • Understand the project’s needs and objectives
  • Effectively manage projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
  • Maintain proactive and effective communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations
  • Support the team in client interactions
  • Analyze and design technical solutions
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements
  • Oversee and ensure the quality of project deliverables
  • Conduct data and process analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Provide technical guidance and advice to clients when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the AI field (ML, DP, GenAI, etc.) is highly valued
