Summary

Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in a development or data science role, with proficiency in technologies such as Scikit-learn, PyMC3, Tensorflow and PyTorch
- Background in automotive required
- Experience with Deep Learning (Generative modeling) and recommendation engines required
- Ability to perform data analysis and modeling in Python, specifically with Pandas
- Proficient in writing and interpreting SQL, with a solid understanding of docs and warehouse-specific functions
- Experience in database management, including organizing tables and schemas
- Ability to fine-tune LLMs to domain specific use cases
- Ability to write technical documentation
- Excellent communication skills with a strong desire to work within a team environment
- Experience working with AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, Batch, and SageMaker
Responsibilities
- Communicate key finds and models to clients with the mindset to incorporate a feedback loop to further improve the downstream service
- Collaborate with product teams, data analysts, and other data scientists to model data and conceptualize dashboards
- Pair with other developers to read, review, and provide feedback on their work
- Organize, model, and build dashboards that visualize data and insights
- Design and maintain ETL processes
- Recommend new solutions and process to develop and enhance our existing portfolio
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Maintain and manage code in a Git repository
- Exposure to workflow automation tools and concepts such as Airflow, crons, etc
- Mentor and oversee members of the Data team
Preferred Qualifications
Participation in a Kaggle Competition highly preferred
