Engineering Manager, Questionnaire Automation

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in a full-time engineering leadership role managing teams of 6-8+ engineers
• Strong decision maker who effectively balances ambiguity, available data, speed, and quality
• Experience managing and upleveling senior individual contributors
• Proven track record of guiding product and long term technical strategy
• Have participated in developing or driving engineering-wide initiatives (recruiting processes, career frameworks, etc) in a prior role
