Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong expertise in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, Next.JS, Node.JS
- Experience with backend development and API integration to support UX goals
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-centric digital experiences
- Deep understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA, etc.)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile and cross-functional environments
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers focused on UX development
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate design vision into scalable software solutions
- Drive UX engineering best practices, including accessibility, responsiveness, and performance optimization
- Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end technologies to enhance user experience
- Develop and implement strategies to improve usability, customer engagement, and user satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX methodologies to continuously improve our products
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and software delivery to meet business goals
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration
- Establish observability of customer interactions and software performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions and enhance the user experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of data-driven UX decision-making (A/B testing, user analytics, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI-driven UX enhancements and personalization techniques
- Strong experience in running experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and feature flagging to drive iterative improvements
