Requirements

  • Have a product mindset and can see things from the user’s point of view
  • Have a track record of designing the right product and delivering it from idea to deployment
  • Can work well with other teams like protocol engineers and marketing to make your products successful
  • Have engineering skills and are curious, you will try things for yourself
  • Are familiar with other Web3 tech stacks and their typical users
  • Can lead a small team

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement products that create a great experience for people new to Polkadot
  • Support other engineers with contributions that facilitate getting started

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally the candidate is familiar with other Web3 products
