Requirements
- At least 3 years of Technical Project Management experience in large scale Web-based architecture and Technology Platforms
- Experience managing Agile development processes at scale
- Proven track record of partnership with Software Engineering Stakeholders
- The ability to handle multiple technical projects simultaneously in a cross-functional environment with stakeholders in multiple regions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical teams in a clear and concise manner
- Solid problem solving, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively

Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering and product leads to manage engineering projects and see them to delivery
- Anticipate and identify blockers that are impacting the project; work with partners to identify solutions and understand the impact to the overall project delivery
- Understand technical infrastructure challenges and work with development engineers and product managers to devise solutions
- Create and maintain milestone plans, detailed implementation schedules, and related project documents for requested cross-team engineering initiatives
- Coordinate multiple projects across development efforts, managing cross-team dependencies and keeping timelines aligned
- Build and maintain a trusted, cooperative relationship with partners and create an atmosphere of shared ownership of the success of the project: embrace the servant leader mindset and be a team player
- Proactively orchestrate the update of cross-team roadmap status reports to keep partners advised of quarterly roadmap status and related initiatives
- Seek continuous improvement: work with your partners to evaluate how things are working and how it can be improved
- Perform other duties as requested to help improve our engineering culture and support our goal of operational excellence

- Base salary range*: $84,500 - $112,200
