Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience, including 2+ years in leadership or mentoring roles
- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks like React, with experience in scalable application development
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript, state management libraries, and building scalable web applications
- Experience with GoLang, including API development and backend service integration
- Strong understanding of design systems, UI / UX principles, and accessibility standards
- Familiarity with cloud platforms ( AWS / GCP /Azure) and CI /CD practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Mentor and lead engineers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance
- Partner with stakeholders and engineering/product leaders to define and execute technical strategies
- Establish and enforce engineering processes that align with company policies, data security, and compliance standards while improving efficiency and feature delivery
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop elegant, scalable software solutions
- Actively contribute to the development of core systems and tools, ensuring high-quality code and scalable architecture while setting an example for engineering best practices
