Engineering Technical Compliance Manager

Summary

Join Integral as an Audit & Compliance Manager and play a crucial role in maintaining our compliance and quality standards. This remote/hybrid position involves developing and maintaining internal audit programs, conducting compliance and IMS audits, and processing non-conformities. You will produce reports for senior leadership, maintain certifications, and contribute to RFI/RFP/PQQ activities. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and assisting in internal investigations are also key aspects of this role. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience and relevant certifications, although these are not strictly essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Internal Audit Programmes
• Make relevant inputs during external audits
• Undertake Compliance, Discipline and IMS Audits (in accordance with the 3 lines of defence model)
• Process non-conformities identified through the audit process; conduct root cause analysis; develop and progress process improvement initiatives
• Explore and implement opportunities for improvement where practicable
• Produce written reports for senior leadership on audit outputs
• Maintain Integral’s certifications, accreditations, memberships and licences
• Make relevant inputs during RFI / RFP /PQQ activities
• Ensure that all IMS documentation is current and relevant and uploaded to the ICDL
• Provide relevant reports on documentation that requires review, is in-date, is due for update, and other data as required
• Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Assist in internal investigations
• Perform other relevant duties as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience in a similar role with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Have membership of a professional body e.g. CQI, IIRSM, IOSH, IET, etc
• Be ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Lead Auditor Certified
• Be ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems Internal Auditor Certified
• Be ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Internal Auditor Certified
• Have IOSH/IIRSM Certificate in Risk Management or similar
• Have IOSH/NCRQ Certificate in Health and Safety or similar
• Be Incident Investigation Trained
• Have a discipline specific trade qualification
• Be proficient with MS applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Maintain CPD
