Summary
Join Harbor Health as their Enrollment Manager and lead the development and execution of enrollment strategies for their growing payer organization. Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing group enrollment processes and 2 years of Individual/Family Plan enrollment experience
- Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in member/provider call center operations, including development of SOPs and call center implementation
- Proven track record in healthcare operations, preferably with experience implementing health plan or CAPS products
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and enrollment management systems
- Excellence in written and verbal communication, with ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
- Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive enrollment processes and workflows for both group and individual/family plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards
- Build and manage a high-performing enrollment team, including establishing operational procedures, training programs, and quality assurance measures
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for enrollment operations and call center functions, incorporating best practices and efficiency measures
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of enrollment systems and tools, collaborating with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration
- Monitor and analyze enrollment metrics, preparing regular reports on performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including employer groups, brokers, and internal departments
- Lead the development and implementation of member service standards for the enrollment team and call center operations
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all enrollment transactions, maintaining high standards of data integrity
