EDI Analyst I

Requirements

• Work with X12 Manual (837P, 837I, 835, 276, 277)
• Perform Healthcare EDI/ERA enrollment process from start to finish for Part A and/or Part B facilities
• Troubleshoot clearinghouse/payer related rejections
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Demonstrate extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
• Meet deadlines with a strong sense of urgency
• Possess excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Be self-motivated, able to multitask, and work independently as well as in a team setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Have prior startup and/or B2B SaaS technology organization experience
• Have experience in any function of clinical development or medical billing operations (clinical operations, data management, biostatistics, system management, information management, medical monitoring, RCM follow up, claim review and submission, etc.)
• Have experience with Zendesk or similar customer support software
• Have experience with healthcare data/systems, ideally clinical/operational clinical trial data/systems
• Have knowledge of e-clinical systems and technologies (e.g. EMR, RTM, HEP, CRM, HIEs, etc)
