Enterprise Business Development Representative

Summary

Join enosix, a company revolutionizing SAP transformation, as an Enterprise Business Representative (BDR). Fuel our growing Go-To-Market team by generating and qualifying leads, understanding industry pain points across various verticals, and engaging key decision-makers in large enterprises. You will partner with sales and channel teams, drive outreach for events and campaigns, and consistently meet or exceed lead-generation goals. This role requires a proven track record of success as a BDR, familiarity with SAP and Salesforce ecosystems, and exceptional communication skills. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a BDR with a proven track record of outperforming goals
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales metrics and year-over-year quota attainment in a software company
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, even in the most fast-paced environments
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges, with the creativity and drive to stand out
• A collaborative spirit and a “get it done” mindset

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads that set our sales team up for success
• Understand the unique pain points of Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Energy verticals, tailoring your messaging to hit the mark
• Research target accounts, craft outreach strategies, and engage key decision-makers in large enterprises with precision
• Partner with Sales and Channel teams to maximize lead gen efforts and seamlessly hand off opportunities
• Drive outreach for events and campaigns and co-create materials that captivate and engage
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual lead-gen goals while setting the stage for long-term growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the SAP ERP and/or Salesforce ecosystems
• Experience in Manufacturing, Energy, Retail, Healthcare & Life Sciences industries
• Bachelor’s degree
