
Enterprise Channel Manager

Summary
Join DoiT, a global technology company, as an Enterprise Channel Manager to build and scale our channel partner ecosystem. This fully remote role, ideally based on the Central or East Coast of the US, involves developing strategic relationships with partners to sell and support DoiT Cloud Intelligence and PerfectScale. You will identify, onboard, and enable channel partners, driving new business and expanding market reach. As a key liaison between DoiT and our channel network, you will ensure mutual success through structured enablement, support, and joint go-to-market efforts. You will report directly to the VP of Enterprise Sales and will be responsible for setting and managing partner KPIs. This is a newly created role.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales, alliances, or partner management, preferably in the cloud or SaaS space
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, FinOps, or cloud-native observability tools
- Proven track record of recruiting, enabling, and managing high-performing channel partners
- Strong knowledge of the North American technology ecosystem and relevant partner landscapes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Experience working with partner portals, PRM tools, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the channel strategy for DoiT Cloud Intelligence and PerfectScale
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners aligned with our customer and revenue growth objectives
- Build strong, trusted relationships with partner sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive mutual success
- Deliver structured enablement programs to help partners sell, position, and support DoiT solutions effectively
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, Support) to develop joint go-to-market campaigns, sales tools, and co-branded assets
- Set and manage partner KPIs, including revenue targets, certification progress, and deal registrations
- Act as the primary escalation point for partner issues and work to resolve operational challenges
- Stay informed on market trends and partner feedback to influence product direction and channel strategy
- Represent DoiT at channel events, trade shows, and partner meetings as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working with or selling to Google Cloud and/or AWS partners is a strong plus
