Summary

Join Kinetic, a company dedicated to workplace safety, as a Customer Success Manager. You will design and manage deployments of Kinetic's injury prevention technology in various industrial settings. Responsibilities include guiding clients on device deployment, training stakeholders, providing ongoing support and data analysis, and presenting findings to executive teams and workers. Success hinges on driving program adoption and demonstrating the technology's value through injury reduction. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with experience in customer success or a related field. Up to 25% travel is required. Requirements

  • You have 1-2 years experience in a customer success, deployment, or account management role
  • You have demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to extract meaningful insights from large data sets
  • You are extremely well-organized and adept at juggling multiple work streams and projects
  • You are an extraordinary communicator across all modes, able to both clarify and influence
  • You have experience building and delivering presentations to key stakeholders
  • You have demonstrated innovative problem solving skills and a remarkable ability to get things done in a dynamic environment
  • You have experience with business intelligence tools such as Salesforce and Tableau
  • You are able to build trust and noteworthy relationships with a variety of audiences at all levels of an organization
  • You are enthusiastic about working in an autonomous environment where self-starters thrive
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and manage deployments of Kinetic’s technology in a variety of industrial client environments
  • Help customers realize the benefits of our system by guiding them in device deployment, worker participation techniques, and continued review against success criteria
  • Present to a variety of groups including C-Level executive team, site managers and industrial workers to train them on Kinetic’s technology and workplace safety program
  • As a trusted advisor, provide consultation, additional training, support, ongoing feedback, and in-depth data analysis against goals for the life of your deployments
  • Analyze device data to identify safety issues at customer sites
  • Correlate our dashboard data (reduction in unsafe movements) to customer’s reduction in injury rates, and calculate ROI’s

Preferred Qualifications

  • Change management experience
  • Experience in an account management, or customer success role in a B2B or enterprise technology startup
  • Experience working with both hardware and software technologies
  • Formal ergonomic training
  • Some knowledge of industrial workplaces
