Entry Level Account Manager

Summary

Join a growing marketing and sales firm in Pittsburgh as an Entry Level Account Manager, connecting brands with prospective customers through targeted residential outreach campaigns. This role involves direct sales, customer service, and establishing relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Some college coursework preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Comfortable and confident speaking in front of small and large groups
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to establish trust and collaborate with others within the company and externally

Responsibilities

• Work with fellow team members to complete on-site residential enrollment services on behalf of our clients
• Communicate with customers directly and establish genuine relationships to facilitate an engaging and positive customer experience
• Use skills gained during training to engage with customers, learning their needs, and presenting them with the products and services that best fits their needs
• Assist the sales department through the activation process
• Answer any customer questions or concerns, escalating when appropriate
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
• Facilitate the enrollment process; this includes collecting personal information and following all compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Some experience in a customer service, sales, hospitality, or similar role preferred
