Junior Management Accountant

Summary

Join a global media company as a Finance Analyst to produce monthly management accounts and contribute to the review of these accounts. This role requires pursuing an accounting qualification, management accounting experience, team player skills, stakeholder management experience, and experience with Netsuite or other Financial/ data systems.

Requirements

• Pursuing or interest in pursuing an accounting qualification ACA/CIMA/ACCA
• Management accounting experience would be preferential
• Team player who can collaborate across Finance to ensure month-end deadlines are met
• Stakeholder management experience

Responsibilities

• Post accurate month-end journals for the monthly management accounts
• Reconcile accruals and prepayments
• Review postings with relevant areas of the business to ensure accuracy
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Report and analyse to aid in the review of management accounts
• Answer questions from both the business and wider finance teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Netsuite, Planning analytics, BigQuery or other Financial/ data systems desirable
