Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic residential visits to ignite interest in potential customers
• Collaborate seamlessly with our Solar and Pool Consultants for seamless appointment coordination
• Skillfully identify customer needs and effectively showcase our green energy products and home pool solutions
• Consistently meet or exceed designated sales targets
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
• Contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies alongside the sales team
• Full engagement in team meetings and company outings
• Deliver comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for management
• Utilize cutting-edge digital sales tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in energy sales, solar sales, home improvement sales, pool, or related fields is a definite plus (but not required)
• Strong background in canvassing or outside sales is highly preferred (but not required)
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous
